Job Role :Board Support Package (BSP) and Android developer

Salary : 20k-25k Per Month

Job Location : Noida

Educational Qualification: BE-B.Tech/ME-M.Tech in (Fresher or Experienced) in Computer Science, Electronics and Telecommunication, Electrical and Electronics, Information Technology, or any stream related to Electronics and Computer science.

Required Skills: Microchip or Cisco trained in firmware/ Baic knowledge in Embedded C / C, C++, or C#/.net/java/Python

Detailed Job Description :

Job Details: 

Board bring-up, low-level device drivers and interface programming to support the rest embedded software team, especially in the following areas:

• Debug board bring up 
  1. Troubleshoot hardware related board bring up issues 
  2. Root cause analysis: isolate issues caused by hardware and software 
  3. Developing Board Support Package (BSP) 

• Design development, integration and testing of firmware subsystems in new android based hardware platform
• Interface with key internal partners (applications team) and external vendors (chipmakers and systems integrators) as part of the technical cross-functional team delivering final product
• Developing and Implementing Board Support Package for new Android device.
• Development of device drivers for the peripherals like touch screen, display, cameras, audio, GPS, NFC, etc. 
• Writing test scripts for manufacturing level test planning and implementation
• Integrate firmware and manage dependencies across the system.

Requisite skill and experience:

1. Extensive knowledge of hardware platforms, SoC architectures, and Android platforms
2. Hands-on bring-up experience SoC and deploying Android over SoC based devices. 
3. At least 3-5 years of experience in embedded software development, of which at least 3+ years of experience on Android and Linux kernel level. (Freshers may also apply)
4. Good understanding of industry standard interfaces for displays, NFC, Bluetooth, Cameras, UART, etc. 
5. Previous experience with Linux kernel device driver development and bootloader programming
