While Basheer has over 17 years of rich experience in the Semiconductor domain and was the brain behind many successful product-based startups and their acquisitions, Shaestha Shamrin has 10 Years of company operating experience.

Out of their passion, the duo started the organization 8 years ago as a small R & D facility helping interns to build innovative products, and eventually started Semiconductor design services in 2017.

Currently, SION has extended its services to complete the Product engineering space from concept to product realization and is the OEM for many Tier-1 companies. It is aiming to acquire a wide customer base in North America, Europe, and the Asia Pacific. The firm’s headcount has grown from 2 in 2017 to over 50+ in 2019.
